• Illustration in JPG/PNG format.

• Artist's watermark (you can request its removal if you prefer).

• Flat background with minor details; a more decorative background is available for an additional 20%.

• The drawing begins when payment is received in full.

• I may reject any uncomfortable requests or disrespectful behavior.

• Highly detailed characters or drawings that include complex angles have a 50% surcharge.

• If you want two characters in the same drawing, there is a 100% surcharge.

• Please don't pressure me; I guarantee good quality with the necessary time.

PAYMENTS

REVISIONS

⋆ No revisions after the sketch is approved.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

⋆The drawing is sent via Gmail

⋆ Orders may take 5 to 18 days.

⋆ Rush orders have an 80% surcharge.

⋆ During peak demand, it may take up to 1 month.

⚠️ Commercial use has a 150% surcharge.

⚠️ You may not copy the drawings and claim them as your own; always credit me as the respective author.

⚠️ You may not edit the drawings.

⚠️ Do not train AI with my drawings.

⚠️ Do not use them for actions that violate rules and laws (The artist is not responsible for and does not participate in any infringement committed by the buyer when using the work).

REFUNDS

⋆ A maximum of 5 sketches can be requested if the client desires variety.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I reserve the right to refuse orders due to inappropriate behavior or explicit requests.

I reserve the right to use the drawings for promotional purposes or to include them in my portfolio.

I reserve the right to blacklist clients who repeatedly violate the terms mentioned above; this also means that I will no longer accept payments from them.

By purchasing a commission, you are agreeing to all the terms described here.
